Fundamental Techniques in Handling People:
1. Don't criticize, condemn, or complain.
“I do admire ...”/“I admired...”
“I do admire your thick head of hair.”
“I admired your boldly-applied makeup.”
“ I am concerned that...”
*As much as I detest that...
“As much as I detest that odd-smelling cigarette, I do applaud...”
*Someone/ Something pressures me about ...
“My parents pressure me about marking friend all the time.”
She's got a lot of pressure on her at work just now.
She's putting pressure on him to get married
“The three sharpest arrows in my quiver.”
*arrow in the quiver: is a strategy or option that could be used to achieve your objective.
If you are having a job interview, improving your communication skills can be another arrow in your quiver.
